UAE-bound Usman Called Up To Pakistan’s Training Camp Ahead of NZ T20Is

Usman Khan, UAE’s Pakistan-born top-order batter, has been called to Pakistan’s training camp, possibly indicating a move to represent his birth country.  Even though Usman currently plays for the UAE, his participation in the camp suggests Pakistan’s interest in him. There’s a great chance of his selection for the T20I series against New Zealand and the T20 World Cup. The camp, running from March 26 to April 8, includes 28 other players such as Imad Wasim , Mohammad Amir, and Haris Rauf.  Big Picture Behind Usman Khan’s Selection In the recently concluded Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2024, the top-order batter played as an overseas player for the Multan Sultans and finished as the second-highest run-scorer. The Pakistan Cricket Board did not specify why Usman Khan was included in the camp. IPL 2024: SRH Hit Record-Breaking Innings To Rewrite IPL History

Yeah, it happened!  Today marks a significant milestone for Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in the Indian Premier League (IPL 2024). SRH achieved the highest-ever total in IPL history during their match against Mumbai Indians. Put in to bat first, SRH posted 277 for 3 on the scoreboard against Mumbai. They defeated MI at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad. This remarkable feat saw them break the 11-year-old record for the highest team total in an IPL innings. Previously held by Royal Challengers Bangalore, who scored 263/5 in 20 overs against now-defunct Pune Warriors India in 2013. Aggressive Batting Style by SRH Batters Heinrich Klaasen spearheaded the attack with a breathtaking 80 off 34. But his journey to a half-century was surprisingly the slowest among Sunrisers Hyderabad batters. Abhishek Sharma and Travis Head swapped places for the record of the quickest half-century for SRH. MI captain Hardik Pandya used six bowlers throughout SRH’s innings, with only Jasprit Bumr
