Grief is not the same for everyone. But grief is for everyone. There are very few people who declare their grief by shouting. While most people save their griefs like an asset. It does not mean that they are not suffering from the same pain. It means that they are not able to share their griefs and pains with anyone. Actually, They are not in such a condition in which a man feels his pain and wants someone to heal.
Believe me, no grief is as great as our patience. There is far less pain in forgetting grief than there is in suffering. Then calm down when nothing happens to our thinking. Then why are we wasting our precious time thinking about these things? Why don't we spend our precious time thinking about those who love us or Whom we love?
Actually, we need a grief partner. Because we want to cry, we want someone who can heal our wounds. We have to make ourselves feel calm and happy. We have encouraged ourselves to welcome happiness. We must embrace the present joys! It's really not difficult to overcome our sad emotions. We should accept all the challenges to beat our grief. Just think in a positive way!
We need to empathize with ourselves. When a significant loss occurs it can leave you stunned, shell shocked and filled with sorrow. Helpless, hopeless, grief-stricken, deserted and stranded, are all emotions we may experience. Of course, We need to be self-compassion. There is a need for acceptance. Although in our grief it is difficult to do so, we must accept our changed condition.
